DADAnewyork unveils six brief phantasmagorical theatrical encounters, audaciously reprising antic favorites by ur-DADAs such as Tzara, Arp, Duchamp and Ball. The evening also spotlights contemporaries Amber, Be LaRoe, Valery Oisteanu and zRebecca Krell. Putting a new spin on DADA, DADAnewyork joyfully features the award-winning short film, DADA CHANGED MY LIFE by Olga Mazurkiewicz and Daniel Martinez that documents and mockuments the squatting and retaking of the original Cabaret Voltaire in Zürich, Switzerland in 2002.
